Why is a certain charity not listed on sponsor.ie?
It could just be that they have not yet gotten around to registering. We suggest you let the charity know that you would like to fundraise for them through sponsor.ie and also contact us to let us know which charities you would like to see made available.

How much of my donation does the charity get?
96% of all donations received are passed on to the charity. The other 4% goes towards bank and credit card fees, VAT, the creation and maintenance of this website, incentive prizes, advertising and staff costs.

Do charities pay to register on the site?
No, it is absolutely FREE for all charities, both large and small to register on Sponsor.ie. We don’t charge and annual fee either. So there is absolutely no risk for the charities.

When will my donation reach the charity?
Donations are passed to the charity, in bulk, on a monthly basis. Donations in this calendar month should reach the charity in the next calendar month.

What should I do if I find something offensive on sponsor.ie?
